Just made a large batch of Havarti Cheese with Raw Jersey Milk can’t wait!

Last night I took a quart of skimmed cream and put it into my Bosch food processor. A few moments later got the real deal Sweet Cream Butter! Now off to make some fresh bread!

We make all our own cheese, from fresh cheeses to hard aged cheese.  If you are wanting to learn, we can set up custom one on one, or group classes. It is so easy!!!  Once you make feta you will be shocked at how easy it is and how expensive they make it!!
